California native Will Phillips joined Anchor Commercial in 2008. As an Anchor Sales Associate he focuses on Industrial/R&D, Warehouse, and Multifamily properties. 

Prior to joining Anchor Commercial, Will worked with NAI BT Commercial in Palo Alto, CA. NAI BT Commercial is one of the premiere commercial realty firms in Northern California.  There, he focused on Office, Industrial/R&D and Warehouse properties.

Will is a proud Clemson alumni and an avid Rugby player.  He is also an active member of Safari Club International, an organization of sportsmen committed to responsible hunting practices and wildlife conservation.
