Jim Berry's mission is to help his clients meet their financial goals through sound real estate investment decisions. He acts with integrity, and he earns his clients' trust. Whether he is locating existing facilities within the marketplace or acquiring land to construct a build-to-suit facility, Jim strives to achieve his clients' goals in a cost efficient and timely manner. He gains an understanding of their needs, and then applies his knowledge of market conditions to help satisfy those needs.

Jim has over twenty years of commercial banking and finance experience. He has analyzed and financed millions of dollars in real estate transactions. He is keenly aware of the importance of site selection, the appraisal process, the legal issues with contracts and loan documents and the importance of attention to detail. But perhaps most importantly, Jim knows how real estate transactions are structured and financed.

Jim builds relationships with his clients based on the highest degree of respect, professionalism and maximum confidentiality.  He bases his success on his clients' success, and he considers himself part of a team working to achieve common goals and objectives.
