Since joining Anchor Commercial in October 2002, Chris has executed more than 50 office and industrial leases representing both landlords and tenants. He is currently the exclusive Listing Agent on more than 260,000 square feet of office and industrial space.
In November, 2007 Chris earned his CCIM designation. Only 6 percent of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. A CCIM is an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor and user, and is among an elite corps of more than 9,000 professionals who hold the CCIM designation across North America and more than 30 countries.
Chriss focus at Anchor will continue to be in the Charleston area's office and industrial markets. As a Tenant Representative and as Listing Agent, Chris will work diligently to provide the most individual and personalized service to clients.
