Since joining Anchor Commercial in August of 2000, Will has devoted his time focusing on retail development, leasing, and sales. He has successfully coordinated and assisted in the design and construction of multiple retail projects from small strip centers to larger mixed use developments, as well as negotiated hundreds of leases for retail tenants. To complete the circle, he has also handled the asset disposition for a number of project owners.
In 2004, he received his CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Members). Only the top 5% of commercial brokers in the country achieve this designation. He is also a 1994 graduate of the College of Charleston.
